PUBLIC HEARING

Pan Am Railways, Inc
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Pan Am Railways, Inc., Request for Determination of Applicability, for the verification of wetland boundaries for purposes of maintenance herbicide application, as defined in the Mass. Dept. of Agricultural Resources Pesticide Board Regulations 333 CMR 11.00, along the Pan Am Inc. rights-of-way, from Worcester to Sterling, in West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 7:15 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
