Public Hearing
Conservation Commission
March 7, 2012

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Baldarelli Brothers, Inc., Request for Determination of Applicability, for the removal of sand/gravel from an esker behind the Clark, Adams, and Amaral residences at 12 & 20 Laurel Street and 38 Almanac Way, West Boylston, MA.  The entry access site is within the buffer area of an identified wetland resource on the south side of Laurel Street.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at 7:15 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
