A continued Public Hearing, continued from the scheduled date of July 6, 2011, will be held in accordance with the Genral Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Pan Am Railways, Inc., Request for Determination of Applicability, for the verification of sensitive areas along Pan Am Railways, Inc. right-of-ways (ROW) in West Boylston, as per Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Pesticide Board Regulations 333 CMR 11.00, for the use of herbicides, as allowed, in the maintenance of the ROW within the state of MA.
The continued public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at 7:15 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
