A Public Hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Department, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the paving of driveway from the Paul X. Tivnan Drive entrance to the Jail to the intersection right before the Work Release Building. It will also include 15 feet of entrance to the Transportation Building. The proposal will include removal of existing surface, grading, build-up and finishing as necessary.
The Public Hearing will be held at an interim meeting of the Conservation Commission at the site, 5 Paul X. Tivnan Drive, West Boylston, MA, at the Warehouse, on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at 6:00 pm.
