- Correspondence from Charter Communications to the Town, including Annual Form 500 – Complaint/Outage Report for 2012, and up to 2 Free Charter Boxes available effective 2/19/13 for 1 year or more to eligible customers as regards to recently deleted analog channels that now require a box to be seen in a digital format.
