Public notice is hereby given, in conformity with the requirements of the General Bylaws of the Town of West Boylston, ARTICLE XXIII - PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE, that the Board of Selectmen will meet on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 7:05 p.m. for the purpose of considering the adoption of a Criminal Offender Records Information Policy.  The meeting will be held in Meeting Room #1 of town hall, 127 Hartwell Street, Suite 100, West Boylston.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Board of Selectmen

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of West Boylston will hold a public hearing on the request for a transfer of license and change of location from Faucher and  Masson, Inc., d/b/a Wachusett Wine & Spirits, 184 West Boylston Street to Wachusett Wine and Spirits, Inc, 21 Franklin Street.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Municipal Office Building, 127 Hartwell Street, Suite 100 West Boylston.

All interested persons, groups, and agencies are invited to attend.
