NEW BUSINESS Vote to sign the PFA
- Sign Acceptance of Deed for parcel of property on Lancaster Street identified as parcel 79.01 on Map 131
- Clarification on the demolition costs for the Mixter Building, $225,000 for abatement costs & $70,000 for demolition and disposal; pool demolition costs $50,000
- Consider request from School Superintendent Schaper to install a barrier to divide foot traffic from vehicles driving and walking to Major Edwards Elementary School
- Authorization to begin construction work on Marsh Hawk Way project
- Notification that the Henry Street & Campground Road projects will be coming in shortly for approval of construction funds
- Consider supporting the adoption of H1972 and Town Clerk’s recommendation
