Meeting brought to order at 6:02 P. M.
• The following documents were signed, Jim Swalec motioned to approve the below listed items, Brad Dunn seconded. Motion carried.

• 2011-20 May Motor Vehicle Excise Commitment

• 2011 May Motor Vehicle Abatements
• Performance Review for Sally Mitchell reviewed. Sally completed the probationary period and Board recommended to extend her regular employment.
The next BOA meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2011.
