This is to inform you that the Conservation Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in the Forbes Municipal Building – Room 24, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This is the agenda for that meeting:
7:00 PM – Continued Hearing - Notice of Intent – 346 Turnpike LLC, 346 Turnpike Road (Rte. 9)
7:15 PM - Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability – Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Right-of-Way.
7:25PM - Discussion of certain parcels within the Report entitled “Westborough Conservation Commission Land Ownership Inventory” - Update on the relationship between the Sandra Pond Warden's Rules, current Recreation Department usage, existing Forest Management Plans and the Conservation Commission rule making authority for Bowman East. Also review the Maps showing Conservation managed parcels and their relationship to recorded deer strikes as provided by the Police Chief.
