This is to inform you that the Conservation Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, in the Forbes Municipal Building – Room 23, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This is the agenda for that meeting:
7:00 PM – Hearing - Notice of Intent – Department of Conservation and Recreation, George H. Nichols Multi-purpose Dam Rehabilitation Project on Mill Road.
7:20PM – Discussion with Town of Westborough Engineering Department on parking lot expansion at the Westborough Senior Center at 4 Rogers Road.
7:30 PM – Discussion on Selectman Dodd’s request for information regarding the volunteer committee liaison process.
7:40PM – Discussion on Conservation Commission protocols.
The Commission may address other business brought before them.
