Response to Open Meeting Law Complaint
There was no one in the audience. After reviewing the response Town Counsel Mary Giorgio provided regarding the response to the Open Meeting Law Complaint, Bruce Drucker moved to authorize Town Counsel to send the draft response to the Attorney General and to the complainant; seconded by Mick Lynch; passed 6-0.

Bruce Drucker moved to approve the amended 02/16/12 meeting minutes; seconded by Roger Putnam; passed 6-0.
Bruce Drucker moved to approve the amended 03/01/12 meeting minutes; seconded by Roger Putnam; passed 6-0.
Roger Putnam moved to approve the 03/15/12 meeting minutes; seconded by Mick Lynch; passed 6-0.
The Board reviewed the e-mail from Ted Malone and agreed to have Malone provide paperwork prior to the May 3, 2012 business meeting..
There was discussion regarding PB Bistro’s parking spots in front being removed and replaced with a fireplace.
Bruce Drucker moved to adjourn at 7:20 pm; seconded by Roger Putnam; passed 6-0.
