Vice-Chair Bruce Drucker opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and stated that the meeting was being recorded.

10-35 Eurich, 1065 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 91, Application for a Special Permit under WZB 6.5 to construct a Windspire 1.2kw vertical axis wind turbine for residential use (Cont’d from 01/06/11). Acting Chair Bruce Drucker stated this application required Conservation Commission approval. Bruce Drucker moved to continue to March 3, 2011; seconded byi William Nicholson; passed 5-0.
11-01 Currier, 1035 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 92-1, Application for installation of two Windspire 1.2 kw vertical axis wind turbines for residential use (Cont’d from 01/06/11). Acting Chair Bruce Drucker stated the Board would require Town Counsel advice regarding the necessary easement requests. Bruce Drucker moved to continue to March 3, 2011; seconded by William Nicholson; passed 5-0.
11-02 Currier-McCormick, 1025 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 92-2, Application for installation of one Windspire 1.2 kw vertical axis wind turbine for residential use (Cont’d from 01/06/11). Bruce Drucker stated the Board would require Town Counsel advice regarding the necessary easement requests. Other Business
Bruce Drucker will be on vacation until March 3, 2011. Chair Vernon Jacob and William Nicholson will conduct the meetings.
The Board will review the literature from the manufacturer of the windspire regarding possible language for the Planning Board and changes to ZBA by-laws for windmills.
It was recommended the Procedures for a Special Permit be amended to include “It is recommended Conservation Commission and Board of Health approvals be received prior to ZBA hearings”.
Bruce Drucker moved to adjourn at 7:50 pm; seconded by Manny Heyliger; passed 5-0.
