Minutes of Zoning Board of Appeals Public Meeting

Chair Jacob opened the public hearings at 7:00 pm.
Public Hearings:
Lee, 95 Rockwell Ave., Map 24, Parcel 159: Application for a Special Permit under WZB 8.4.2 pursuant to WZB 6.1.5.1 and 6.24.2 with the addition of dormers and a roof deck (Cont’d from 06/10/10). The applicant requested a continuation to 07/22/10. Robert Hankey moved to continue to 07/22/10; seconded by Manny Heyliger, passed 5-0.
Business:
Chair Jacob stated there had been some people questioning why the Amsler hearing was not considered a Development of Significant Impact. Jacob stated Paul Murphy, Building Inspector, informed him since there was no construction, he did not feel it was under 6.3.13 and it was also a seasonal use.
Olga Kahn requested a meeting with the ZBA regarding the Bressler Special Permit to discuss the plans approved. Chair Jacob informed her he could not discuss the case and the applicant could comply with what was presented to the Board, appeal the Building Inspector, or come before the Board requesting an amendment.
Roger Putnam moved to adjourn at 7:15 pm; seconded by Robert Hankey; passed 5-0.
