Attendees: Acting Chair William Nicholson, Manny Heyliger, Robert Hankey, Roger Putnam, Sibel Asantugrul, Don Palladino, and Tom Reinhart.
Regrets: Chair Vern Jacob, Vice Chair Bruce Drucker
Acting Chair William Nicholson opened the public hearings at 7:00 pm.
Public Hearings:
03-34 Willis, 90 Howes Road, Map 29, Parcel 270, Request for an amendment to previously approved Special Permit to increase the number of horses allowed from two to four. The Board consisted of William Nicholson, Robert Hankey, Manny Heyliger, Sibel Asantugrul, and Roger Putnam. Larry Smith, abutter, stated he was concerned with nitrates in the area. A letter was received from Willis requesting his petition be withdrawn without prejudice. Roger Putnam moved to accept the request to withdraw without prejudice; seconded by Robert Hankey; 5-0.
Other Business
Roger Putnam moved to adjourn at 7:15 pm; seconded by Robert Hankey; passed 5-0.
