Present: Justina Carlson, Chair; Jim Hood, William Carlson, Lori Vanderschmidt, Dan Williams; Water System Coordinator Michaela Miteva
Chair Justina Carlson called the meeting to order at 7: 04 p.m.
Office Report
Coordinator Michaela Miteva presented the March 19, 2013 Office Report.1 This included: financials, correspondence from Wellfleet Elementary School, 2 attempts to contact Harbor Side Village, and the Open Cape’s antenna on the water tower.
Lori Vanderschmidt moved to recommend for the Town Meeting Warrant Article the OpenCape lease agreement for the microwave antenna on top of the water tower. Dan Williams seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
WhiteWater Operations Report
Roy Maher had submitted the WhiteWater Operations report of March 19, 2013. 3
Private Road and Water Mains
The Water Commissioners examined the March 19, 2013 memorandum to the Board of Selectmen4 regarding private roads and public water mains. They made revisions for the final copy to be presented at the next Selectmen’s meeting. Several Water Commissioners will attend the BOS meeting on March 26, 2013.
Water Expansion Phase II Contract with EPG
Environmental Partners Group (EPG) has not yet signed the 2013 contract for the expansion of the Municipal Water System. The Water Commissioners need to contact Town Administrator Harry Terkanian regarding finalizing the contract for the Board of Selectmen’s approval.
Minutes of 3/5/13
Bill Carlson moved to approve the minutes of March 5, 2013. Dan Williams seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

Bill Carlson moved to adjourn. Williams seconded, and the motion carried 5-0. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
