Present: Justina Carlson, Chair; Jim Hood, William Carlson, Lori Vanderschmidt, Water System Coordinator Michaela Miteva and Acting Town Administrator Tim King. Absent: Dan Williams;
Chair Justina Carlson called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
USDA Grant
The Water Commissioners talked about an approach for Baker Avenue and the USDA grant. Jim Hood gave background information on the Town of Orleans Water Department Rules and Regulations. Acting Town Administrator Tim King suggested to get Baker Avenue residents to sign a petition and go to the selectmen. Discussion ensued. It was decided that the most appropriate way to respond to the Selectmen choice to exclude private roads from Phase II expansion was to seek Town Counsel’s opinion. Justina Carlson said that she would be in touch with Tim King requesting the legal advice.
Minutes
Bill Carlson moved to approve the minutes of December 04, 2012. Justina Carlson seconded, and the motion carried 4-0.

Justina moved to adjourn. Bill Carlson seconded, and the motion carried 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
