Chair Justina Carlson called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Preparations for USDA Grant Presentation to Selectmen
Coordinator Michaela Miteva had prepared the PowerPoint presentation* on the USDA grant opportunity for expansion of the Municipal Water System. The slide show is to be presented at the Board of Selectmen meeting on November 27, 2012. The Water Commissioners anticipated questions that may arise at that meeting and planned accordingly. The presentation was divided into parts that Justina Carlson, Bill Carlson, Paul Millett of EPG and Jim Hood will deliver.
Coordinator’s Position
The Board discussed dates for the Water System Coordinator’s job description and salary.
Adjournment
Hood moved to adjourn. Justina Carlson seconded, and the motion carried 3-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
