Chair Dan Wexman called the meeting to order at 705 p.m.
Change of Mailing Address
Paul Sieloff had expressed an interest in changing the mailing address to 300 Main St., Dan Wexman said.
Carlson moved to change the address. Hood seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
STM Article 8 Voting Results
Article 8 for the easement to 164 Bound Brook Island Rd. had passed at Special Town Meeting on October, 24, 2011.
Emergency Protocol Update
Bill Carlson reported on his look at emergency protocols. The WhiteWater piece of the process needs to be updated. This will be a agenda item for a future meeting.
Water System Coordinator’s Report
Michaela Miteva submitted the Water System Coordinator’s Report of November 1. 2011.1
November/December Meeting Schedule
Meetings were set on the usual Tuesdays through the end of the year.
Budget
Bill Carlson explained draft Budget sheets, 2 which are pieces of the entire Fiscal Year 2013 Budget. The Board needs to coordinate with Financial Consultant Mark Abrahams regarding the whole Budget. Carlson suggested adding a Reserve Fund to the Budget. Discussion included: increasing the line for “repair & maintenance,” consideration of salary increase, marketing approaches and EPG services. The Board adjusted the lines of the FY13 Operating Budget
Minutes of 10/18/11
Hood moved to approve the minutes of October 18, 2011. Justina Carlson seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
Mail
A thank you note from Marilyn Crary was in the mail.
The water main plans for Cumberland Farms had been sent to the Water Commissioners.
DEP had sent a report on users for a Public Water Supply well.
Other Business
Dan Wexman said he planned to send Mary Fisk a letter of appreciation for her services.
Laurie Vanderschmidt announced a meeting by Silent Spring Institute to be held at Eastham Town Hall on Wednesday,
November 2.
Adjournment
Hood moved to adjourn. Vanderschmidt seconded. The motion carried 5-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
