Minutes Board of Water Commissioners March 15, 2010
Town Hall Conference Room, 6:30 p.m.
Those attending: Emily Beebe, Steve Gazzano, Jean Schaefer, Dan Wexman, Lori Vanderschmidt, Guests: Russ Tierney (Whitewater) Paul Sieloff, (Wellfleet Town Administrator), Paul Lindberg, ( Wellfleet Department of Public Works)
Whitewater: Mr. Tierney gave his progress report and answered questions regarding the proposed water meter purchase. The cost of the new water meter including accompanying software was discussed.. Mr. Tierney will prepare specifications for the water meters and send a copy to the Board of Water Commissioners.
Rules and Regulations: Jean Schaefer will finalize the rules and regulations for the open meeting scheduled for March 22. The rules and regulations will be posted on the Wellfleet website.
Finance Committee Meeting: The Jean Schaefer and Steve Gazzano agreed to represent the Board of Water Commissioners at the Finance Committee Meeting March 17.
Question of Curbstones for Main Street: Mr. Lindberg described proposed curbstones for Main Street. No action was taken on this matter.
Enterprise Fund Proposed Budget: Mr. Sieloff presented the proposed Enterprise Fund budget for 2011.
Approval of Minutes: The Board unanimously approved minutes for March 1 and March2 meetings.
