Present: Chair Emily Beebe, Steven Gazzano, Jean Schaefer, Lori Vanderschmidt
Co-Chair Emily Beebe called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Steve Gazzano moved to elect Emily Beebe as Chair of the Board of Water Commissioners. Jean Schaefer seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
The Board decided that the press release for the informational meetings of March 23 and April 6 need to be posted at the post office, municipal buildings, stores and the library.
Questions were raised on the total amount of money for the improvements to the Water System.
Explanations for the Warrant Articles were prepared. Steve Gazzano will email them to Mary Rogers, John Goodrich and Paul Sieloff.
