Present: Alex Hay, Ned Hitchcock, Bob Larson, and Assistant Agent Andrew

Chair Hay called the meeting to order at 2:35 pm.
The committee reviewed and answered formal questions posed from the RFP applications.
After the working session, Ned Hitchcock moved to adjourn; seconded by Bob Larson; passed
3-0.
