Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Chairman Roger L. Putnam, Jr. Selectmen present included Michael May and Michael Parlante. Selectman Dale Donovan arrived at 2:17 p.m. Selectman Jerry Houk was absent. Town Administrator Tim Smith, Town Accountant Pat Eagar, Auditor Dan Sullivan and Barbara Daiken of the Department of Revenue were also in attendance.

On a motion by May, seconded by Donovan, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 3:07 p.m.
