Minutes of Meeting July 27, 2011
Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room
Present: Peter Hall, Chair; John Ketchum, Jan Plaue, Janet Reinhart, Marcia Seeler, Elaine McIlroy
Regrets: Trudy Vermehren, Deirdre Poole
Chairman Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
Minutes of 6/22/11
Jan Plaue moved to approve the amended minutes of June 22, 2011. Hall seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Housing Application #11-03
Affordable Housing had submitted an application requesting $156,000 to continue the Affordable Rental Subsidy Program. Elaine McIlroy explained the request.
Jan Plaue moved to approve Housing Application #11-03 for $156,000 for Special Fall Town Meeting. Seeler seconded, and the motion carried 7-0.
Report on MHC Workshop
CPC Coordinator Mary Rogers reported on the workshop she had attended with the Pond Hill School recipients of the Massachusetts Historic Commission’s grant.
Other Business
Marcia Seeler reported on two Historic projects that are underway but had not yet been presented as applications. Hamblen Park/Cannon Hill plans have to be cleared with the Conservation Commission. The estimates for the Town Clock have not yet been completed, Seeler said.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held September 28.
Adjournment
Plaue moved to adjourn. Seeler seconded, and the motion carried 7-0. The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
