Minutes of Meeting June 29, 2010
Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room
        
Present: Peter Hall, Chairman; Barbara E. Gray, Terry Gips, John Ketchum, Jan Plaue, Deirdre Poole, Marcia Seeler
Regrets: Elaine McIlroy, Judy Taylor

Chairman Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

The Committee reviewed and made changes to the grant agreements for Habitat for Humanity and Pond Hill School.  Both organizations have funds that will become available to them July 1, 2010 as soon as the agreements are signed.  

Terry Gips moved to approve the Habitat agreement as revised.  Plaue seconded.  These motions were withdrawn.

Plaue moved the Habitat contract with changes and adding, if necessary, a clause for keeping the house affordable in perpetuity. The motion carried 7-0.  

Plaue moved to approve the agreement with the South Wellfleet Neighborhood Association as corrected.  Ketchum seconded, and the motion carried 7-0.

The revised agreements will be sent to Town Counsel for a final review before being signed by the Town Administrator and the two organizations.  

Members examined the preliminary Preservation Restriction Agreement for Pond Hill School.  Gips moved that the coordinator bring the Restriction Agreement to the Assistant TA to clarify the legal authority.  Gray seconded.    The motion carried 6-0.  

Adjournment
Gray moved at adjourn the meeting.  Gips seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:08 a.m.
