Minutes of Meeting June 23, 2010
Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room
Present: Peter Hall, Chairman; Barbara E. Gray, Terry Gips, Elaine McIlroy, Jan Plaue, Deirdre Poole, Marcia Seeler
Regrets: John Ketchum, Judy Taylor
Chairman Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
Agenda Additions
Peter Hall said that Gooz Draz from the Planning Board wanted to address the Committee and will be available after the meeting for anyone who wants to stay.
Minutes of 5/26/10
McIlroy moved to approve the minutes of May 26, 2010. Gray seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Contracts
Members reviewed the contracts which Town Counsel had returned with suggestions and additional provisions. The Coordinator will prepare revised drafts for CPC approval. The will be an extra meeting on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 for this.
Possible Applications
There was discussion of an anticipated application for Cannon Hill restoration.
Renewal of Coordinator
Plaue moved to reappoint Mary Rogers as CPC Coordinator. McIlroy seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 11:15 a.m.
