Minutes of Meeting May 26, 2010
Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room
Present: Peter Hall, Chairman; Barbara E. Gray, Elaine McIlroy, Judy Taylor, John Ketchum, Deirdre Poole
Regrets: Jan Plaue, Marcia Seeler, Terry Gips
Chairman Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
Agenda Additions
Peter Hall added an item on recreational uses.
Minutes of 4/28/10
McIlroy moved to approve the minutes of April 28, 2010. Gray seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Recreation Allowances
The Recreation Director had been in touch with Katherine Roth of the CPA Coalition.
Terms of Office
Everyone was reminded to renew their membership with their respective boards.
Permanent Plaques
Peter Hall displayed one of the finished plaques which are being put into place.
2010 Needs List
Coordinator Mary Rogers will visit other board meetings to review and update needs lists for each CPA category. Gray discussed a specific issue of Open Space becoming more proactive.
Contracts for Projects
Members reviewed the contracts and agreed on six month reports as a general rule. The contracts will be forwarded to town counsel for comments and suggestions.
Adjournment
Gray moved to adjourn. Poole seconded, and the meeting was adjourned by consensus at 9:40 a.m.
