South Wellfleet Neighborhood Association/ Pond Hill School
Present: Peter Hall, Chairman; Terry Gips, Barbara E. Gray, John Ketchum, Marcia Seeler, Jan Plaue, Judy Taylor, Katy Suggs

Chairman Peter Hall called a meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. at the site visit to Pond Hill School. He requested a vote to send Peter McMahon of the Cape Cod Modern House Trust a letter of enthusiastic support for the Hatch Cottage Restoration project. Barbara Gray moved to send a letter enthusiastically endorsing the project. Terry Gips seconded. The letter will contain the caveat that it is the voters who approve the project Town Meeting. The motion to send the letter carried 5-2.
The site visit proceeded with a presentation by Chuck Cole, a tour of the building and many questions about the South Wellfleet Neighborhood’s restoration plans, fund raising prospects, a business plan and sustainability.
The site visit was adjourned by consensus at 11:20 a.m.
