Minutes of Meeting March 18, 2009
Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room
Present: Peter Hall, Chairman; Terry Gips, Barbara E. Gray, Elaine McIlroy, Marcia Seeler, Jan Plaue
Regrets: John Ketchum, Judy Taylor
Chairman Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
The Committee welcomed Conservation Rep Terry Gips to the CPC.
Percentages Article Q
Plaue moved to recommend Article Q on the CPA percentages. Gray seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
Housing Now Article R
Plaue moved to recommend the amended Article R for Housing Now. McIlroy seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
Open Space Article S
McIlroy moved to recommend Article S for the acquisition the Drummer Cove Trail Head (Map 30, Parcel 89) for Open Space. Gips seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Municipal Housing Trust Fund Article Sa
Plaue moved to recommend Article Sa for creating a Municipal Housing Trust Fund. Seeler seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
Other Business
Gray announced that the Forum Pre Town Meeting will be held 7 p.m Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the Senior Center.
The next CPC meeting will be held May 27, 2009.
Adjournment
Plaue moved to adjourn. Seeler seconded. The meeting was adjourned by consensus at10:35 a.m.
