Chair Janet Reinhart called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.
Minutes of 4/4/12
Reinhart moved to approve the minutes of April 4, 2012. Morrissey seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.
Warrant Articles for Town Meeting
Planning Board members reviewed the recommendations for the Warrant Articles for Annual Town Meeting and planned for the Chair’s report and explanations from the floor for Town Meeting.
Memos from Kopelman & Paige
Members present decided to postpone discussion of two memos1 from Town Counsel, Kopelman & Paige until the next meeting.
Agenda for Next Meeting
Agenda for the May 2, 2012 meeting will include: Kopelman & Paige memos, Review of Town Meeting and Discussion of Accessory Building & Sheds Bylaw Revision.

Jan Morrissey distributed the mail log of April 18, 2012. 2
Adjournment
Gray moved to adjourn. Larsen seconded, and the motion carried 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
