Minutes of Meeting and Wednesday, December 2, 2009
Senior Center Conference Room, 7:00 p.m.

Vice-Chair Gerald Parent called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes of 11/18/09
Draz moved to approve the minutes of November 18, 2009. Reinhart seconded, and the motion carried 4-0.
Sign Bylaw Revision
The Board discussed new sections of the November 24, 2009 draft of the revised sign bylaws. Rex Peterson said there may be a different sign bylaw proposal with the original suggestions for changes in the bylaw. The Board will do further work on the sign bylaw at a future meeting.
Road Closing Letter
Town Administrator Paul Sieloff had sent a letter dated November 17, 2009 to George Price, Superintendent of the Cape Cod National Seashore recommending the closing of the dirt road between Cahoon Hollow Rd. and the power lines for the purpose of protecting the new Boy Scout Camp well. Parent moved that the road closing be brought to Town Meeting as a Warrant Article for the voters. There was discussion but no second and the topic will be considered at another meeting.
Mail
The Ethics Commission mandatory online training instructions for each Planning Board member were delivered. The Board discussed other mail from the ZBA and Kopelman & Paige.
Other Business
Draz reminded the Board of the Wellfleet Community Forum’s December 7 meeting on Big Houses, and Janet Reinhart asked that a future agenda topic be franchise businesses.
Adjournment
Kahn moved to adjourn. Draz seconded, and the motion carried 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
