Release of Covenant on Lot 10 (Assessorwould put in both a street sign (blue) and a stop sign; he asked for a complete covenant release. Chair OThe secretary will bring new forms for signatures to the next meeting.
Question on Diana Crooks proposalAppeal of Chechelnitsky SDMinutes of January 2, 2002Conflict of InterestBylaw Revision Discussion: Accessory Dwelling Unitsdetermine eligibility. Ensuing discussion covered the impact of accessory dwelling units on WellfleetPeterson will bring the revised version back to the Board for discussion and approval. Gerry Parent moved that the bylaw on Affordable Accessible Dwelling Units on which Planning Board is currently working be submitted to the Board of Selectmen as an article to be included on the warrant for Annual Town Meeting on April 22, 2002. Lisa Brown seconded the motion; passed unanimously 6-0. Helen Wilson moved that a version of Article D (page 4 of draft copy of Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw proposal): Other Business
