Chair OProposal for property of Diana Crooks, Kelley Way, Lot 129.1, Map 29Kelley Way, a proprietorsapproving the brushing easement and the road maintenance agreement, could be presented to the Board as an ANR with a maintenance agreement. He will do so at a future meeting.
Preliminary SD #02-01; Greta Einig, 7 & 10 Castelo Court, Lots # 13 & 13.1, Map #15, consolidation of 2 lots proposedMinutes of Meeting of 12/19/01Continuation of discussion on bylaw proposals: Residential Site Plan Reviewhouses to be photographed for the example book (as both positive and negative examples), and had brought in the Marblehead bylaw. She added that, in her experience, working groups could be both effective and ineffective, and that they needed to be posted in the same way that meetings are. David Wright commented that the Board both wants hard and fast criteria and hesitates to create it; it should look at what other towns have done and be able to point out these examples. Wilson added that she would like to pin down the language of the bylaw and to establish a height limitation. Alfred Pickard, alluding to last yearheight restriction of 20of decks at the next meeting. It was also decided that the draft bylaw on Accessory Dwelling Units should be discussed next time.
ZBA Meeting on PolicyGerry Parent moved for adjournment, Helen Wilson seconded, unanimously passed. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
