Minutes of Meeting of April 22, 2013
Wellfleet Elementary School, 7:00 p.m.
Present: Stephen Polowczyk, Chair; Sam Bradford Janet Loewenstein, Linda Pellegrino, Thomas Reinhart, Liz Sorrell, Robert Wallace, Ira Wood

Also Attending: Town Accountant Marilyn Crary
Chair Stephen Polowczyk called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Several Warrant Article recommendations needed to be made.
Article 2 Transfers
Wallace moved to recommend the transfers in Article 2. Pellegrino seconded, and the motion carried 7-0.
Article 7 Town Clerk/treasure & Town Collector Positions
Wood moved to recommend Article 7. Pellegrino seconded, and the motion carried 7-0.
Article 10 Interest Rate
Sorrell moved to recommend Article 10. Loewenstein seconded, and the motion carried 5-3.
Articles 11-13 WEA
Sorrell moved to recommend Articles 11, 12 and 13. Wood seconded, and the motion carried 8-0.
Article 22 Fire Dept. Tanker Truck
Fire Chief Richard Pauley discussed the reasons he had for requesting a new Fire Department tanker truck. He answered FinCom questions regarding the old tanker truck.
Wood moved to recommend Article 22. Sorrell seconded, and the motion carried 8-0.
Article 23 CYCC Lot L1
Bradford moved to not recommend Article 23. Loewenstein seconded, and the motion carried 8-0.
Article 25 Mayo Beach Restrooms
Article 25 will stay as is.
Article 30 Personnel Bylaws
Sorrell moved to recommend Article 30. Wood seconded, and the motion carried 8-0.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 6:55 p.m.
