FinCom voted to rescind previous recommendation. Moved and seconded to recommend article 3 5-0.

FinCom voted to rescind previous recommendation. Moved and seconded to recommend article 3 5-0.
Article 8
FinCom voted to rescind previous recommendation. Moved and seconded to recommend article 3 5-0.
Comments
Remove comments for Article 3.
Add sentence to Article 1:
The Finance Committee is concerned that if you choose to vote for this increase, your vote may permanently increase the Elementary School's budget so that the Fiscal Year 2010 budget increase may be in addition to the 7.45% increase in Fiscal Year 2009.
Comments approved as recommended 5-0.
Corrections were also made to Statement of Wellfleet Finance Committee to correct budget amounts, ballot question and Article numbers.
