Present: Carl Caruso, Chair; Nancy Bone, Berta Bruinooge, Arlene Kirsch, and Sylvia Smith
Chairman Carl Caruso called the meeting to order at 6:50PM.
Finance Committee Charter Changes
Carl moved to rescind our prior changes to the Finance Committee charter section voted at the last meeting. Nancy Bone seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
Arlene moved to accept the revisions of April 10, 2006 to the Finance Committee section of the charter. Berta Bruinooge seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
Nancy Bone moved to adjourn. Berta Bruinooge seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:55PM.
