MINUTES OF MEETING OF MARCH 12, 2003, 7:30 P.M., TOWN HALL HEARING ROOM

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chair Berta Bruinooge.
Operating Budget Recommendations.
The Town Administrator reviewed with the Committee the differences between the 2/5 edition and this edition of the budget. Ira Wood and Timothy Woodman wished to recuse themselves respectively from voting on the Police and Fire Department budgets. Ira Wood MOVED "that the Finance Committee RECOMMEND the FY 2004 Operating Budget, except Lines 210, 215, & 220." SECONDED by Deborah Davis and CARRIED 7-0. Arlene Kirsch MOVED "that the Finance Committee RECOMMEND lines 210 & 215 of the Operating Budget." SECONDED by Patricia Foley and CARRIED 6-0. Ira Wood MOVED "that the Finance Committee RECOMMEND line 220 of the Operating Budget." SECONDED by Arlene Kirsch and CARRIED 6-0.
Capital Budget Recommendations.
Ira Wood MOVED "that the Finance Committee RECOMMEND the FY 2004 Capital Budget." SECONDED by Anne Suggs and CARRIED 7-0.
Marina Enterprise Fund Recommendations.
Patricia Foley MOVED "that the Finance Committee RECOMMEND the FY 04 Marina Enterprise Fund." SECONDED by Ira Wood and CARRIED 7-0.
Special Town Meeting Warrant Article Recommendations.
