Variances
Application for Bottled Water Permit - Express Mart, 2619 State Highway
Express Mart management explained the proposal to use bottled water to make coffee. They propose to buy bottled water in bulk and also to install a three bay sink for cleaning coffee making components. Sharyn Lindsay spoke in favor of the variance. Lezli Rowell moved to approve the bottle water permit application as presented in the letter dated August 18, 2012, seconded by Janet Drohan. Final vote 4-0-0
Business
John Riemer requested permission to use the Wellfleet Swap Shop. He is a resident of the Town of Truro and sees Wellfleet residents using the Truro Swap Shop. Wellfleet BOH Regulations page 15 #3, states that only Wellfleet residents are allowed in the Swap Shop. Richard Willecke would like to give the Health Agent the authority to allow individuals from Truro use of the Swap Shop. Lezli Rowell moved to grant the request and to allow the Health Agent to use discretion in granting this request on a case to case basis in the future; seconded by Janet Drohan. Final vote 4-0-0
Richard Willecke will review the Open Meeting Law seminar held by Kopelman and Paige at the next meeting.
