c) Application received July 7, 2010 from Lydia Vivante of the Wellfleet Recycling Commission for use of the Town Hall Lawn for the sale of rain barrels on Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and for the sale of reusable shopping bags on Sunday, August 8, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
