A. FY2009 budget transfers [Town Accountant]
B. Wellfleet Municipal Water System Project Change Orders – Proposed Motion to authorize chair of Board of Water Commissioners and Town Administrator to jointly authorize change orders of up to $10,000 per change order and a total of $100,000 in total change orders. Once $100,000 amount is reached the Board of Water Commissioners Chair and Town Administrator would have to request and receive additional authority from the Board of Selectmen at a public Board of Selectmen meeting.
C. Energy Committee - progress report
D. Energy Committee – Proposed Motion that the Board of Selectmen declares its intent to use the proceeds, in part, of Clean Renewable Energy Bonds for the purpose of reimbursement of allowed expenses relating to the Wellfleet Wind Generating Facility.
