And to adopt as policy the recommendation of the Marina Advisory Committee that no private businesses be allowed to park or store vehicles, boat trailers, floats or vessels of any kind on the pier during the 2008-2009 off season. If this policy changes in the future, the Marina Advisory Committee recommends that a charge with escrow be assessed to any vehicle, boat trailer, floats or vessel of any kind.
