B. Amending the Town of Wellfleet Temporary Shellfishing Regulations [Andrew Koch, Shellfish Constable]
¨ Section V, Temporary Open and Closed Areas to read:
Chipman’s Cove (A3) will CLOSE for the taking of any and all shellfish as of one-half (1/2) hour after sunset on April 1st of current year and will REOPEN one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise on October 1st of current year, until further notice.
