Agenda Item	Summary
1. Appoint Secretary and Alternates, if needed	Meeting was called to order at 7:35
2. Selectman Mason Donovan	Mason Donovan wanted to discuss town owned lands. There are 200+ acres owned by the town. The select board is asking all departments to review and make recommendations for possible uses. Betsy volunteered to review the lots on her own maps and visit those that might have conservation value. Linda and Sally agreed to join Betsy who will coordinate. Most are around the Pillsbury Lake District.
3. Minutes from June	Sally made a motion to approve the minutes from June. The motion was seconded by Nancy and the motion was approved.
4. Correspondence	SPNHF – Easement Monitoring DES - Wetlands Routine Roadway Maintenance Clifford – Tyler Road DES – Request for Information Pillsbury Lake District DES – Shoreland Impact Permit Susan D. Panilaitis Westwind Village Road (new cottage and new septic) DES - Land Resources Complaint Russell and Diane Lauffer (Garage on New Hampshire Drive) DES - Acceptance of Permit Application Tony Lamarine Lake Road DES – Missing Information Diane Hill Lake Road (septic) Aquatic Control Technology – RE: Pillsbury Lake – approved for harvesting until 4 September 2018
5. Fall Event	27 October 2013 – 1PM Trail Cleanup
6. New Business	· October meeting will be on 15 October – not on 10/8 · Discussion to contact Susan Roman about Phelps Easement and perhaps write an article in the Grapevine about the easement as a thank you to Gerry Phelps and bringing attention to the protected land. Betsy volunteered to contact Susan and to write the article.
