The Webster Conservation Commission meeting on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 was called to order at 7:35 p.m.

Attending: Susan Roman, Sally Embley, Nancy Van Loan, Bob Quinn, Nancy Clark and Mary Jo MacGowan.

Minutes from the May meeting were approved with one correction.
~
Correspondence: Was discussed but nothing needed immediate attention
~
Ron Frost Easement: We had lengthy discussion with Mr. Frost regarding his 150 acre easement on Pleasant Street which borders the Blackwater River. Mr. Frost has met with Brian Hotz from the Forest Society and while there is an interest, there has been no follow-up. Mr. Frost wanted to know if the WCC could help pay for the survey and we agreed it might be possible. The WCC will walk the property on June 30th.

Update on Currier & Ives Scenic Byway:~ Susan Roman said there was nothing to report.

Spring Outing:~ Bob Quinn passed out a list of all the birds that were seen on the outing which was held on Sunday, June 13, 2010

Project Ideas:~ Trail maintenance at Riverdale Sancturary in the Fall.

New Business:~ We will have a summer outing on August 8th at 3 p.m. on Pillsbury Lake
