Minutes from November
The minutes from the November meeting were read and approved.  Betsy Janeway made a motion to accept them and Susan  Roman seconded.
Correspondence
·       11/18/09: Wetlands file# 200701243, Lineberry property on route 127 north of salt shed.  Owners are requesting 600 square feet of fill and a 12 inch culvert.  Standard Dredge and fill application is administratively complete.  No action is needed by WCC
·       Shoreland impact permit 200902742 at Map 10/lot 3-1 on Concord Drive.  Letter acknowledged receipt of application for shoreland permit.  No action is needed by WCC.  Project is to build a two bedroom home with well and septic.
·       DES Letter of Deficiency re: Map 2 – lot 5  DES Wetland file #200902169, Little Hill Road; Sanbornton Trust c/o Linda Griffin.  Restoration plan must be submitted by 31 December 2009.
Trumbull Pond
Update on the project next month when members of Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust attend our meeting
Scenic By-Way Update
Update given by Susan Roman.  Webster is the only town not to approve the letter of intent for promotion and signage of the Scenic By-Way project .
