Nancy Van Loan took minutes.  Meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM.
2.      Minutes from August
Accepted, moved by Susan Roman, seconded by Nancy Van Loan.
3.      Correspondence
·       Letter from DES to Gammons on Frost Lane re: file 2009-01133
·       Letter from DES to Ronal Frost re: file 2009-01310 (closure 8/17)
·       Both letters were discussed – no action needed
·       CNHRPC Innovative Land Use Ordinance Funding – Susan Roman will study and discuss with Webster Planning Board
·       Currier and Ives Trail Scenic and Cultural Byway Committee will hold informational meeting Tuesday 9/22/09 @ 6:30 PM
4.      Conservation Easement Monitoring
Steve Walker, Stewardship Specialist reminds us that 2009 LCIP monitoring is due
5.      Bohanan Farm Project
An update from Dijit Taylor, Hopkinton Open Space Committee, was discussed
6.      Trumbull Pond Project
Discussed goals and informational meeting to be held in February
7.      New Business
