Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs Matthew Beaton and Department of Conservation & Recreation Commissioner Leo Roy presented the Town of Wayland with two grants - one for the design and permitting of the Rail Trail bridge over the Sudbury River and a second for the Surface Water Quality Committee to locate and map outfall for Lake Cochituate.
