Carroll School Update
On August 3, 2016 the Building Department issued a building permit (#2016559) to change the use of an existing residential accessory structure (pool house) located at 45 Waltham Road in order to temporarily permit occupancy for a limited number of on-site Carroll School development staff. The issuance of the building permit is in response to the Carroll School’s completed building permit application.

The Building Department’s administration of the building permit and the permitted temporary occupancy/use of the accessory building is controlled by the State Building Code, Town zoning and MGL 40A §3 Exemptions from Zoning Regulations.

The public is invited to review a copy of construction documents related to this building permit file at the Building Department during Town Building hours of operation. Construction documents include a copy of the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer’s zoning determination.
