On July 7, 2016 the Building Department issued building permit #2016377 to construct solar canopy structures for the installation of solar panels above a portion of the existing parking lot at the Town Building (41 Cochituate Road).
Currently work is anticipated to start mid-August and continue into the 1st part of October 2016. See Building plan here.
This project was approved at Annual Town Meeting in 2015.
