September 8, 2015, and any other Minutes in need of approval.

A Discuss application(s) received for Board vacancy and possibly conduct interviews.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A Report from Vice Chair Menard relative to speed signage on Minot Avenue and possible
vote regarding signage.
B. Report from Vice Chair Menard relative to stop signage on High Street at Cedar Street
and possible vote regarding signage.
C. Discuss/review on-going Onset Parking Program. Discussion as to whether a public
hearing with proper notice is necessary for November meeting discussions concerning
the Onset Parking Program.
