III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of Minutes of the Board of Road Commissioners for the meeting held on
February 10, 2015, and any other Minutes in need of approval.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Discuss and Vote on no parking on 12th Street, Onset, MA, due to the lack of street
width and concern of the Onset Fire Department not being able to fit an emergency
vehicle down the street if a vehicle were to be parked on the street due to road
construction changes. (Review letter from Onset Fire Department and e-mail from
Harbormaster Gary Buckminster.)
B. Discuss and Vote on letters drafted to the Wareham Board of Selectmen with regard to
an Employee Parking Lot near the Onset trailer park for employees of the Onset
downtown area and request for parking changes for the Shell Point Beach Parking Lot.
C. Discuss and Vote on Wankinquoah Avenue to Oceanside Drive address changes (after
review of suggested new numbering from David Pichette) and approve draft letter that
will go out to residents affected by this change.
D. Discuss and Vote on proposed changes to Union Street, Onset, MA street parking.
E. Discuss and Vote on request by Lawrence Bearse for a Stop sign to be placed at
Fearing and Main due to a new housing development and traffic related to the soon-tobe-
open Wal-Mart.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Discuss/review Road Commission vacancies and applicants.
B. Discuss/review Onset Parking Program.
VI. ANY OTHER BUSINESS/DISCUSSIONS
